2. Vehicle Pricing & Quotation Disclaimers

All prices, specifications, and features displayed on this website are indicative and provided for consumer guidance only:

• Ex-Showroom vs. On-Road Pricing: Ex-showroom prices exclude mandatory local taxes, Road Tax (RTO), vehicle registration, insurance premiums, Fastag charges, and optional accessories or extended warranties. Final on-road prices vary based on chosen city, trim, transmission, and state government tax guidelines.
• Price Changes: Vehicle manufacturers and regulatory bodies reserve the right to revise prices, features, and statutory levies without prior notice. The price prevailing on the date of official vehicle invoicing will apply.
• Promotional Offers: Seasonal discounts, exchange bonuses, corporate offers, and festive schemes are subject to Kia India terms and dealership stock availability.

3. Test Drive Eligibility & Scheduling

Scheduling a test drive via this website is subject to schedule confirmation and verification:

• The driver must present an original, valid Indian Driving License before operating the vehicle.
• The driver must be at least 18 years of age and follow all standard road safety regulations during the drive.
• Rajesh KIA reserves the right to postpone or re-route test drives due to inclement weather, vehicle availability, or safety concerns.

4. Vehicle Bookings & Order Priority

Submitting an online booking inquiry or token payment registers your vehicle allocation preference. Official order processing is confirmed upon completion of KYC documents, receipt of standard booking token in dealership bank accounts, and allotment confirmation by Kia India.

5. Intellectual Property

All Kia automotive logos, brand trademarks, model names (Seltos, Sonet, Carens, EV6, EV9, Carnival, Syros), and official vehicle imagery are the intellectual property of Kia Corporation and Kia India Private Limited, used under authorized dealership agreement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from this website or dealership transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
